This allows us to store and query the entire history of the Helium Network.

This End-User License Agreement
("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("Licensee") and Web Solutions, LLC ("Licensor," "we," "us") for the use of our data products and services ("Data Products") made available through the Google Cloud Marketplace or the Snowflake Marketplace (as applicable, the "Marketplace").
By accessing, purchasing, or using our Data Products, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
License Grant Your right to use the Data Products depends on the type of data you acquire:
Free or Sample Data: Any Data Product explicitly designated as a "free sample" or "trial" is licensed to you under the terms of the MIT License
(https://opensource.org/licenses/MIT).
Paid Data Products: For any Data Product acquired through a paid subscription or transaction on a Marketplace, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to access and use the data for your internal business purposes, subject to that Marketplace's Terms of Service and this Agreement.
Restrictions You agree not to use the Data Products for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. You agree to use our curated Data Products responsibly and ethically.
Intellectual Property We do not claim ownership of the underlying raw, public blockchain data. We do claim ownership and intellectual property rights over our specific curation, aggregation, structure, and presentation of that data as provided in our Data Products.
Disclaimer of Warranty THE DATA PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE DATA WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR ERROR-FREE. YOUR USE OF THE DATA PRODUCTS IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Limitation of Liability TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE DATA PRODUCTS.
Governing Law This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States.
General Terms This Agreement, along with the applicable Marketplace Terms of Service, constitutes the entire understanding between you and us.

Introduction
Welcome to Web Solutions, LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our data services, products, and datasets ("Service") provided through platforms including the Google Cloud Marketplace and the Snowflake Marketplace. By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Description of Service Our Service provides access to curated blockchain data, such as Solana and Helium blockchain data. The data is available as paid subscriptions and free sample datasets on various cloud marketplaces.
Use of the Service Your use of the data is governed by our End-User License Agreement (EULA).
Free/Sample Data: Provided under the MIT License.
Paid/Premium Data: Licensed for your internal business purposes under the terms of your purchase on the applicable Marketplace.
Your Responsibilities: You are responsible for your use of the Service and agree not to use it for any fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purpose.
Service Availability & Disclaimer Our Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Termination You can terminate these Terms at any time by ceasing to use our Service and your subscription through the applicable Marketplace. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.
Limitation of Liability TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEB SOLUTIONS, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
Changes to Terms We may modify these Terms from time to time by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
