Free & Sample Data: Our free sample datasets are provided under the MIT License. You can use them for almost any purpose, as long as you provide attribution.
Paid Data Products: Your use of paid data is governed by the terms of the Google Cloud Marketplace agreement, plus the specific terms in this EULA.
Your Responsibility: You agree not to use our Data Products for any illegal activities.
"As Is" Basis: The data is provided "AS IS." We do our best to ensure accuracy and availability, but we can't guarantee it will be perfect or always available.
Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for damages resulting from your use of the data.

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("Licensee") and Web Solutions, LLC (operating as Collegium) ("Licensor," "we," "us") for the use of our data products and services ("Data Products") made available through the Google Cloud Marketplace.

By accessing, purchasing, or using our Data Products, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Your right to use the Data Products depends on the type of data you acquire:

Free or Sample Data: Any Data Product explicitly designated as a "free sample" or "trial" is licensed to you under the terms of the MIT License (https://opensource.org/licenses/MIT).
Paid Data Products: For any Data Product acquired through a paid subscription or transaction on the Google Cloud Marketplace, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to access and use the data for your internal business purposes, subject to the Google Cloud Marketplace Terms of Service and this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to use the Data Products for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. While the underlying blockchain data is public, you agree to use our curated Data Products responsibly and ethically.

3. Intellectual Property

We do not claim ownership of the underlying raw, public blockchain data. We do claim ownership and intellectual property rights over our specific curation, aggregation, structure, and presentation of that data as provided in our Data Products.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE DATA PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE DATA WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR ERROR-FREE. YOUR USE OF THE DATA PRODUCTS IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE DATA PRODUCTS.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States. Any legal proceedings related to this Agreement will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Utah.

7. General Terms

This Agreement, along with the Google Cloud Marketplace Terms of Service, constitutes the entire understanding between you and us. If any part of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to be in effect.

3. Use of the Service

License: Your use of the data provided by our Service is governed by our End-User License Agreement (EULA).
- Free/Sample Data: Is provided under the MIT License.
- Paid/Premium Data: Is licensed for your internal business purposes under the terms of your purchase on the Google Cloud Marketplace.
Your Responsibilities: You are responsible for your use of the Service. You agree not to use the Service for any fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purpose.

4. Service Availability & Disclaimer
